There are 2 different ways to manage the teammates' roles in the Teams section. To know the process, all you need to do is just follow the simple steps below.
Step1: Initially you can assign any specific role to the new member while creating the New Teammate.
Step2: In the first method, you can change the role of a teammate whenever you want by using the Change role option beside the existing role in the Teams section.
Step3:
After clicking on the change role option, you can simply choose the roles from the existing list.
Step4: In the second method, you can create new roles and assign them whenever you want by clicking on the Create new role option from the list.
Manage Teammates Permissions
ClientVenue allows the admin user or the project manager to manage the teammate permissions anytime in the settings option. To know the process, all you need to do is just follow the simple steps below.
Step1: After successfully login into the ClientVenue dashboard, you need to click on the "Settings" option on the Home screen.
Step2: In Settings, you need to click on the Permission option.
Step3: After clicking on the permission option, you can enable or disable the permissions for Create, Update, View, and Delete based on the user's roles and responsibilities in the company.
Step4: You can also change the permissions for individual sections like Projects, Tasks, Subtasks, Teammates, Services, Clients, etc.
