Add a New Teammate

In this article, you can learn How to Add a New Teammate on ClientVenue.

Adding a new teammate in ClientVenue is easy and can be done by following a few simple steps. After opening the dashboard, you can find the "Teams" option.

Step1: After clicking on the Teams option, you can find the New Teammate option on the right side of the screen.

Step2: After clicking on the New Teammate option, you can add the new teammate by entering the details in the respective fields.

Step3: After entering all the required details, click on the Add button at the bottom right side of the screen.

Step4: That’s it. New Teammate has been added successfully. You can see the new teammate in the Teammates list.

Team Onboarding Link

The team onboarding process is made much easier with the help of ClientVenue’s new feature. You can onboard new teammates using the share onboarding link option in the settings. To know the process, all you need to do is just follow the simple steps below. Step1: After successfully login into ClientVenue, you can find the "Teams" option on the Home screen.

Step2: In the Teams section, you can find the Settings option on the right side of the screen. Just click on it.

Step3: In Settings, click on the Onboarding option to get the link.

Step4: You can find the Team Onboarding Link appearing on the screen. Just copy the link and share it with your teammate to self-register.

Step5: After clicking on the team onboarding link, your teammate will be directed to the Team Signup Page where the user can sign up by providing the required details.

Step6: When the new users are signing up through Team Signup Page then the project manager or the admin user will get the notification for team member approval in the Under Approval section as shown below.
