Services page is the main place where all the Service Offerings are listed in the catalog format and all the clients will visit this page to select the services as per their requirements.
You will be seeing all the options available to visit the services page and options related to services visibility, categories, and offerings. To know the process, all you need to do is just follow the simple steps below.
Step1: After successfully login into the ClientVenue dashboard, you need to click on the "Payments" option on the home screen.
Step2: After clicking on the payments, you can see the Services option beside invoices. Just click on it.
Step3: After clicking on the services option, you can see a Preview button where you can find the options to visit the Services Page.
Step4: If you want to share the services page link with the client then you can click on Copy Services Link and share it with the clients through chat. But, if you want to visit the page directly then click on the Visit Services Page option.
Step5: After clicking on the Visit Services Page option, the Service Offerings page will look like the below image.
Step6: You can see the existing categories options on the top of the screen on the Service Offerings page.
Step7: While you are creating a new service, you can see an option called Add Offerings where you can add service features and offerings maximum of up to 12. The list of offers that you add at the time of creating a new service will be visible on the catalog page.
Creating New Services
If you are running an agency and offering so many services to your clients then you can utilize the Services feature offered by ClientVenue which allows you to display all your Service Offerings to your various clients in one place.
You can create as many services as you can and add them to the Services page so that your clients can visit the page and purchase the required services from your company. To know How to create a new service then follow the simple steps below.
Step1: After successfully login into the ClientVenue dashboard, you need to click on the "Payments" option on the Home screen.
Step2: After clicking on the payments, you can see the Services option beside invoices. Just click on it.
Step3: After clicking on services, you can see Service Options on the right corner of the screen. Click on it and choose the Add Service option to create a new service.
Step4: After clicking on Add Service, a page will pop up on the screen where you need to fill in all the fields related to your service offerings.
Step5: You can choose the service type as Recurring or One-time as per your requirement. After filling in all the required details, you can click on the Create button to complete the process.
Unique Services Link
If your company is creating many services and would like to share the Service Offerings with the clients then you definitely need a shareable link to share to Services Page easily. To know the process, all you need to do is just follow the simple steps below.
Step1: After successfully login into the ClientVenue dashboard, you need to click on the "Payments" option on the Home screen.
Step2: After clicking on the payments, you can see the Services option beside invoices. Just click on it.
Step3: After clicking on the services option, you can see a Preview button where you can find the options to visit the Services Page.
Step4: If you want to share the services page link with the client then you can click on Copy Services Link and share it with the clients through chat. But, if you want to visit the page directly then click on the Visit Services Page option.
Step5: After clicking on the Visit Services Page option, the Service Offerings page will look like the below image to your clients.
Step6: If you want to share the Unique Services Link with your client then you can choose whichever services you want to share with your client from the services list and click on the Copy Service URL button to copy the link of that particular service.
Step7: After searching the Unique Service URL in the browser, the Service Offerings page will look like the below image to your clients.
