Companies is one of the best features offered by ClientVenue for clients to add their company details into this project management tool to make the work more productive. You can check the overview of the companies in the below steps.
Step1: After successfully login into the ClientVenue dashboard, you need to click on the "Clients" option on the Homescreen.
Step2: After clicking on clients, you can see an option called “Companies” beside contacts. Just click on it and you can see the list of companies.
Step3: Click on any company to open it and see the overview of it. You can also edit the company details as per your requirement. The company’s overview is shown in the image below.
Step4: In this company’s overview, you can see the projects linked with the company, members working under the company, and all the invoices generated right from the beginning.
Step5: In every option, the company team member can have access to create the new invoice, add a new client teammate, and also add a new project within the company's section.
How to create companies
In ClientVenue, you can also create companies along with clients and add their details to the projects which helps the team to know the company better. To know the process of creating a new company then follow the simple steps below.
Step1: After successfully login into the ClientVenue dashboard, you need to click on the "Clients" option on the Homescreen.
Step2: After clicking on Clients, you can see Client Options on the right side of the screen, click on it and choose the Add Company option.
Step3: After clicking on the add company, you need to enter the company details.
Step4: After entering all the details, click on the Create Company button at the bottom of the screen.
Step5: Once the company is successfully created, you can check it in the Companies option in the Clients section.
